Abstracts

Thank you for considering an original contribution to the scientific program!!

Abstracts are flowing in and taken into the review procedure.
However, on general request we will extend the deadline UNTIL MARCH 7th.
The latest date for submission was MARCH 6th.

The extended deadlines for abstract submission have been resulted in many more abstracts now under review. Oral presentations are under consideration to be included in sessions.
Submitters will be notified ASAP on acceptance for poster or oral presentation.

The abstract book will be available at the congress and contain the abstracts on posters, free communications and invited speakers. The abstract submission procedure is to qualify and select contributions for posters and free communications. Please note that at least one author needs to attend the congress (the submitter).

Abstracts need to be submitted on-line in the format provided. Please adhere to the instructions. Fields for authors and their affiliations, program stream(s) of preference (see program page) and preferences on the presentation (poster or free communication) are pre-programmed, as well as the section ‘introduction’. The body text of an abstract on original research should typically contain clearly identified sections entitled: ‘materials and methods’, ‘results’, ‘discussion and conclusions’ and some key references.
Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the scientific committee. The outcome of the review will be on scientific quality and relevance (hence, acceptability), assignment to a ‘stream’ and the presentation form (poster or oral presentation). In case the abstract is conditionally accepted, you will be informed on improvements to be made for re-submission.

Deadlines

The abstract must be submitted no later than March 6th 2016.
Corresponding authors will get a notification of the acceptance/refusal of their abstract by March 15th 2016 at the latest.
